How do I add a new broadcast channel to monitor? +
Go to Dashboard → Channels → Add Channel. Enter the stream URL (RTSP, HLS, or HTTP), select the language, and click Save. The AI engine will begin processing within 2–3 minutes.
What stream formats are supported? +
Tarrasmart supports RTSP, HLS, HTTP/HTTPS direct streams, and file uploads (MP4, MP3, WAV). Contact support for custom protocol integrations.
How do I get my API key? +
Log into your dashboard, navigate to Settings → API Access → Generate Key. Keep your API key confidential. If compromised, regenerate it immediately from the same page.
How do I request deletion of my data (GDPR)? +
Send a deletion request to privacy@tarrasmart.com with your account email and organization name. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation.
What is the SLA for uptime? +
Tarrasmart guarantees 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and in-platform notification.
I subscribed via Microsoft Marketplace — how do I access the platform? +
After subscribing on Microsoft Marketplace, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours. If not received, contact support@tarrasmart.com with your Microsoft subscription ID.
